Instructions
  1. Peel and remove seed from the avocado, then set aside. Cut the monterey jack cheese into cubes, and place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Blend together until the ingredients are mixed well and smooth in texture.
  3. Use a spoon to stir the mixture, then add minced garlic and onion powder. Process until well combined.
  4. Serve with pork rinds, your favorite veggies, or our salami and pepperoni "chips"!

Instructions
  1. Slice avocado into cubes. Form “stacks” on a plate (any metal or plastic ring works well as a mold for the stacks).
  2. Place de-tailed and deveined cocktail shrimp on top of each avocado stack.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together avocado oil, apple cider vinegar and spices.
  4. Pour oil mixture over shrimp and garnish with cilantro.

Mashed Cauliflower
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain cauliflower and place in food processor.
  3. Add melted butterand galic powder to processor and pulse several times until well combined.
  4. Add parmesan cheese and heavy whipping cream to mixture and pulse until well combined and smooth.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Gravy
  1. Combine beef stock, heavy whipping cream and butter in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add xanthan gum and pepper. Stir until it thickens to your liking.

  1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese and hot sauce over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, stir in the blue cheese dressing and chicken.
  3. Slowly mix in 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Once fully melted and combined, transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Place in a 350° oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with celery sticks.

  1. Wash the radishes and cut the tops and bottoms off.
  2. Shred the radishes using a food processor (orgrate with grater).
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded radishes, egg, egg yolk, coconut flour, cheese, and seaonings and mix.
  4. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Scoop out some of the mixture into the skillet and fry until crisp, flipping once. Continue until all mixture is used.
