  1. Slice ends off zucchini and use spiralizer to make “zoodles”.
  2. Place zoodles and water in a large skillet and sautè, stirring until soft.
  3. Reduce heat and add butter, milk, cheese and salt.
  4. Stir until combined and cheese is melted.
