Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Use a spoon to measure out small "tots" from the mixture and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate tots for 15 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
