The tools you need to
succeed on the keto diet!

Use the Keto Calculator to set goals for your carb and calorie intake. Enter information about yourself in the fields below and the keto diet calculator automatically determines:

  • Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
  • The maximum number of calories you should consume each day on the keto diet.
  • What your maximum fat intake should be.
  • The maximum grams of net carbohydrates you should eat each day.
  • The grams of protein.

The calculator does this for your different goals of:

  • Maintaining your weight (Maintenance section).
  • Slowly losing weight (Small calorie deficit section).
  • Moderately losing weight (Moderate calorie deficit section).
  • Aggressively losing weight (Large calorie deficit section).

The keto calculator also allows you to completely change your goal if you want to gain weight or to customize your goal. You can set this in the calculator in the "Goal" section which is under the "Maintenance" section.

To determine your body fat percentage, use the BMI and BMR calculator under the Keto Utensils menu item. Choose BMI on the Calculate options found to the left once you have navigated to the page.

How To Use These Macros

  • Choose your weight loss goal between small calorie deficit, moderate calorie deficit, or large calorie deficit. 
  • Use the meal planner (link opens new tab) to choose which meals that you want to eat and when you want to eat them.
  • The meal planner sums all of the food macros for you, so that you can compare them to your weight loss goal macros.
  • The above charts are displayed on the same page as your meal planner for quick comparisons.
