  1. Click on “Add Recipe” from the dropdown found below, and select which recipe you’d like to place in your meal plan.
  2. A thumbnail of the recipe will appear, drag it to your choice of day and meal.
  3. Continue adding recipes to the meal plan. Total nutritional facts are totaled.
  4. Click on the recipe and it will be displayed at the bottom where you can change the serving to “1” in order to calculate nutritional totals for each serving.
