Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐ and place 12 cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Combine butter and almond flour and scoop approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner. Use fingers to spread and press down until compacted to form a crust base.
  3. Place in oven to bake for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
  4. Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese until soft anf fluffy. Add egg and blend.
  5. Add monk fruit sweetener and mix.
  6. Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix again.
  7. Scoop filling onto the crusts and bake for approximately 20 minutes, ensuring that the filling rises and begins to firm.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then place in refrigerator overnight.
  9. Enjoy these plain or top with your favorite keto-friendly fruit toppings such as blueberries.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐ and lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Comine eggs, avocados, ccao powder, coconut oil, almond butter, stevia, vanilla extract and baking soda into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth and creamy with a slightly thick texture.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the 8x8 baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle chopped 85% dark cocoa evenly across the top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done in the center.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐ
  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, golden flax and melted butter until thoroughly combined.

  3. Spread evenly along the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish, pressing firmly to compact the mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Combine the heavy cream, butter, and stevia in a small pan and bring to a gentle boil. Stir frequently and continue to cook until golden brown in color with a slightly thickened texture.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Slowly stir in egg yolk.
  6. Sprinkle flaked coconut, chocolate and walnuts onto the crust. Drizzle condensed milk mixture over the top.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely and chill in the refrigerator to prevent crumbling.

  1. Mash the strawberries in a medium size bowl

Instructions
  1. Place Medium bowl in the refrigerator/freezer with mixer beaters
  2. While bowl and beaters are chilling, puree strawberries (or chosen fruit) in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Once bowl is cold take out and place Whipping Cream and beat until cream forms stiff peaks
  4. Add Vanilla and Stevia or Erythritol to taste
  5. Beat until well mixed
  6. Gently fold the berry puree into the Whipped Cream
  7. Place into 4 dessert dishes
