Ingredients
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened at room temperature
- 2 ounces strawberries About 4 strawberries
- 4 Tablespoons butter softened at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder

Instructions
- Mash the strawberries in a medium size bowl
- Add stevia powder and vanilla extract and stir until well mixed.
- Add cream cheese and butter and use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into silicone molds.
- Place in freezer and freeze completely (should take an hour)
- Store in freezer and allow to thaw partially before serving.
