Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Put the ground beef in a medium-sized bowl then mix in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut aminos, and parsley.
  3. Mix with your hands carefully, making sure you aren't overworking the beef.
  4. Use the ground beef to make 4 even patties.
  5. Melt the ghee in a large pan or skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, lightly pressing them with a spatula during this.
  7. Put the patties on a baking sheet, then bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Put the burgers on low carb buns such as the Keto Sandwich Buns, then add any desired toppings.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine and melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Stir eggs and then mix with almond flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Form 6 balls of dough and flatten slightly then place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the dough with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley onto them. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
