Put the ground beef in a medium-sized bowl then mix in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut aminos, and parsley.
Mix with your hands carefully, making sure you aren’t overworking the beef.
Use the ground beef to make 4 even patties.
Melt the ghee in a large pan or skillet on medium-high heat.
Fry the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, lightly pressing them with a spatula during this.
Put the patties on a baking sheet, then bake for about 10 minutes.
