  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine and melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Stir eggs and then mix with almond flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Form 6 balls of dough and flatten slightly then place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the dough with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley onto them. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
