Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs and add seasoning of your choice. Whisk eggs until frothy and smooth.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet, Once melted add in the egg mixture.
  3. As the omelet begins to cook add mushrooms, onions, spinach and cheese.
  4. Once the omelet is firm, fold it in half using a spatula. Continue to flip until the omelet is fully cooked.
  5. Slide the omelet onto a plate and Enjoy!
