Instructions
  1. Lightly butter four 6-oz custard cups. Place on baking sheet.
  2. Line each with piece of Deli Ham, pleating to fit.
  3. Break Egg into each cup over Ham.
  4. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
  5. Pour 1 tsp. cream over each Egg.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake Egg Cups 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until Eggs are firm and whites are opaque.
  8. Garnish with favorite Shredded Cheese and any additional Herbs.
