Ingredients: 1 Lb Hanger Steak (Cut in 1 inch pieces); 1 Dozen Fresh Brussels Sprouts (As uniform in size and shape as possible); 1 Med Red Onion (Optional - Cunt into 1 inch pieces); 1 Med Red, Green, Yellow or Orange Pepper (Cut into 1 inch pieces); 2 TBS olive oil; 1 TBS water; 2 tsp kosher salt; 1 tsp Ancho Chile Powder (Optional); 1 tsp paprika; 1 tsp Organic Brown Sugar (Optional); 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin; 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard; 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

1 Dozen Fresh Brussels Sprouts As uniform in size and shape as possible
1 Med Red Onion Optional - Cunt into 1 inch pieces
1 Med Red, Green, Yellow or Orange Pepper Cut into 1 inch pieces
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS water
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Ancho Chile Powder Optional
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Organic Brown Sugar Optional
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

Ingredients

1 Lb Hanger Steak Cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Dozen Fresh Brussels Sprouts As uniform in size and shape as possible
1 Med Red Onion Optional - Cunt into 1 inch pieces
1 Med Red, Green, Yellow or Orange Pepper Cut into 1 inch pieces
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS water
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Ancho Chile Powder Optional
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Organic Brown Sugar Optional
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

Instructions

Pre-heat grill to medium-high 400-450 degrees - or heat a grill pan over medium-high and lightly grease
Cut off the stem end of the Brussels Sprouts and remove any yellowing outer leaves
Place Brussels Sprouts into a large, microwave safe mixing bowl and heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes
Drain and cool
Combine Salt, Ancho Chile Powder, Paprika, Brown Sugar, Cumin, Dry Mustard, Coriander and Oil in a large bowl.
Add Steak, Onion, Peppers and Brussels Sprouts and toss to coat
Thread mixture beginning with Steak, then Onion, Pepper, Brussels Sprout (stem end facing the same direction) onto 8 (8 inch) skewers until full
Place skewers on lightly greased grill grate or in grill pan
Grill, uncovered, until all vegetables are tender and steak is charred and cooked to desired degree of doneness (about 10 minutes per side for medium) turning occasionally
