This recipe is great when you want to make a flatbread or a pizza - you can make individual sizes or larger - these crust are easy to make, taste great and freeze well - all with only 4 main ingredients!

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place Parchment Paper on Cookie Sheet (metal works best)
  3. Mix Mozzarella Cheese and Cream Cheese (cut in cubes) in a large microwavable bowl.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute and then stir - microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.
  5. .Add the Flour, Egg and Seasoning - stirring until mixed.
  6. Place approximately 1/4 cup on Parchment Paper and spread to about the size of a pancake. (This recipe should make approximately 6 individual flatbread/pizzas)
  7. Bake approximately 8 minutes and flip to the other side. Bake another 8 minutes and flip again. If you want more of a golden crust, bake another 2 minutes on each side.
  8. Let cool slightly and proceed with toppings.
  9. Once toppings are on the flatbread, bake an additional 5-8 minutes or until all toppings are hot and melted.
  10. Note - these flatbread/pizza crusts freeze well.
