The Best Way to Keto

The keto meal planner is a simple way to plan out what you should eat for the week in order to maintain ketosis. The meal planner uses an easy drag and drop interface to move recipes to the day and time you wish to eat them. It then automatically sums the macros for the day.

    Click on “Add Recipe” from the recipe drop-down box, and then select which recipe you’d like to place in your meal plan.

    A thumbnail of the recipe will appear, drag it to your choice of day and meal.
  • 3
    Continue adding recipes to the meal plan. Total nutritional facts are totaled.
  • 4
    Click on the recipe and it will be displayed at the bottom where you can change the serving to “1” in order to calculate nutritional totals for each serving.
