  1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
  2. Rinse the cauliflower and chop into small pieces.
  3. In a skillet, add butter and cauliflower over medium-high heat allowing it to soften.
  4. Add the sausage to the skillet, using a spatula to crumble it up. Cook sausage until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Spray the baking dish and add the sausage mix
  6. Whisk together all of the ingredients besides the basil, seasoning with salt and pepper
  7. Pour in the egg mix over top the sausage and cauliflower. Then sprinkle the basil on top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown (If the top begins to burn without being fully cooked cover with foil.
