Instructions
  1. Cook bacon over medium-high heat in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towel.
  2. Chop bacon when cooled and set aside. Reserve 1 Tablespoon of bacon grease.
  3. De-seed and chop jalapeños.
  4. In a medium-size bowl combine cream cheese, garlic powder, bacon grease and jalapeños and mix well.
  5. Form into 8 balls (approximately 1 1/2 inches).
  6. Roll balls in chopped bacon until covered.
  7. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
