In a small bowl combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, dry mustard, minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and stir until well blended.
Place flank steak in a large storage bag and pour marinade over to coat well.
Place in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
Once ready to cook, place flank steak on grill over medium to medium-high heat. Cook to desired temperature (at least 140°).
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
