Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, golden flax and melted butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread evenly along the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish, pressing firmly to compact the mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Combine the heavy cream, butter, and stevia in a small pan and bring to a gentle boil. Stir frequently and continue to cook until golden brown in color with a slightly thickened texture.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Slowly stir in egg yolk.
  6. Sprinkle flaked coconut, chocolate and walnuts onto the crust. Drizzle condensed milk mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely and chill in the refrigerator to prevent crumbling.
