Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Peel and slice avocados into 8 wedges per avocado.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half, and wrap 1/2 slice around each avocado wedge.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place wedges seam-side down and bake for 20-25 minutes (or until crispy).
  5. Best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in the refrigerator.
